Mater

These paintings called "Mater" which means "mother" are inspired by a photograph of my grandmother, mother and aunt. The three paintings are different interpretations of the original photograph and were influenced by memories that do not want to be perceived and that are not talked about. It is about unborn children who are hushed up and have no place in the family system.
